Saint-Tropez Confidential is a private curation and advisory service. We introduce clients to properties and coordinate arrangements on their behalf. We are not the owner of the properties presented on this site unless expressly stated, and we do not act as a public listing platform.

Property descriptions, photographs, capacities and indicative rates are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Availability, final pricing, minimum stays, deposits and all other conditions are confirmed only in writing at the time of an inquiry. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a property. A rental or acquisition becomes binding only once a specific agreement has been signed by the relevant parties and any required payment has been received. The terms of each rental — including cancellation, security deposit and house rules — are set out in that agreement and prevail over anything shown here.

You agree to provide accurate information, to have authority to make an inquiry on behalf of your party, and to use this site lawfully. Automated scraping, copying of our photography or descriptions, and any attempt to interfere with the site are not permitted.

Where we coordinate services provided by others — private aviation, transfers, staffing, security, provisioning — those services are governed by the provider's own terms. We select carefully and manage the arrangement, but we are not liable for a third party's performance.

The site's text, photography, layout and brand elements belong to us or to our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Personal data submitted through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.
